Margaret is the Founding and current Executive Director of GARSH. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in mainstreaming gender in policy frameworks for both corporate and non-corporate organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Community Development and Counselling Psychology.
Dr. Ingasia is a distinguished researcher and monitoring and evaluation consultant with over 10 years of experience. He has significantly contributed to helping organizations in East Africa achieve greater development impact through agricultural enterprise market development, value analysis, and the assessment of market interventions.
Job holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Egerton University, complemented by training in M&E, Fundraising, Knowledge Management, and Project Management. He has gained considerable experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting through consultancy services to international organizations.
Sherphine is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with hands-on experience in data management, project implementation, and web-based reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Development from Egerton University and professional certifications from the University of Washington.
